Really enjoyed my time here, look forward to coming back. Will was great and very well delivered.
I cannot put into words how good Will is at her job. She immediately made me feel at ease and listened without judgement at all.
It felt eye opening in so many ways and Will really helped me in future rolls with confidence.
It gave me much more clarity and the tools I have been lacking in some difficult situations and it has prepared me for the next course I’m going to be attending.
It has helped me realise my gaps and work out what I need to fill to help to improve myself as a manager and the team I am a part of. It also helped me work out the hard conversations I need to have.

It has had such a positive impact. I feel I now have the confidence and skills I need to do the things I kept putting off.
I now feel confident that my abilities and skills are good and I am doing the right things as a manager. The content has defined “why” things have or have not worked for me in the past so I can learn from them more effectively.
I was genuinely engaged from the get go. This was made helpful with a lovely greeting. I had no idea what to expect so was very pleasantly surprised. I would be very inclined to consider further training.
The training has improved my confidence when it comes to management. It has given me a lot to think about.
