Pro-Development was founded by Michelle Mook in 2011 to follow her passion of making a difference to SMEs in the local region by helping them to retain, engage and develop their people and teams.
We are a growing team who provide businesses with a pragmatic, creative and professional approach to employee engagement, leadership and management development, consultancy on people strategy, team building, training and coaching.
Based at the lovely Forest Farm Business Park, we are proud of the warm and inviting office our team have created and where we know that everyone who visits us, feels welcome. We also love our inspiring training suite next door where we have a fantastic learning environment for our team and our clients.
