This interactive one-day skills workshop focuses on how to improve and optimise personal impact and your personal communication style to ensure you have your voice heard and you get your point across.

Communicating with Impact

Attendees will apply techniques to communicate with greater impact exploring communication styles and the confidence to choose the right one to help voice your views, the power of words and sound, skilled questioning, focused listening, engaging presentations, delivering disappointing news well and facilitating effective meetings.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop attendees will be able to:-
• Examine a key model of communication and explain how to optimise each element for increased impact.
• Identify your personal impact, including personal strengths and development areas
• Adapt to different styles of stakeholder/customer to communicate effectively in a variety of situations
• Identify key elements of effective meetings and how to engage people to maximise benefit
• Present information to an audience in a confident and engaging manner
