Communication with Impact –  One day workshop

Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the course, the ALG’s were particular insightful.

Abi was excellent in delivering the course information whilst keeping it engaging and fun. The activities throughout were essential in complimenting the learnings in a more practical manner, and were a highlight throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed the course, and the knowledge gained will help assist me in becoming an effective manager in the future.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Bootcamp. Abi is a brilliant teacher/mentor, and the modules were consistently engaging & insightful.

I found the course to be challenging and very useful. Abi was great at firstly recognising my difficulties with confidence in groups and then finding ways to gently encourage me. She didn’t let me avoid talking in front of the group but also didn’t push me harder than I was comfortable with and as I result I feel my confidence has been greatly improved. The course has given me some excellent tools to be more effectively in developing and managing both my teams and their progress and my own. I have taken far from it than I maybe thought I might and I will use the things I have learnt throughout my career and life in general.

At first I was unsure but after my first one to one Abi put me at ease and I started to enjoy the course. I learnt a lot about myself too and will carry this on in the future.

Abi was excellent, I really felt comfortable with her being our programme leader and she/the course exceeded my expectations.

I have enjoyed the boot camp, I cannot thank you enough for passing your knowledge and skills on. I cannot thank Abi enough for everything she has taught me. Doing the course has made me see some things from a different point of view and made me think more. Everything has been explained in great detail and demonstrated. It has been good to put it into practice over the last 16 weeks.
