The aim of this workshop is to explore tools and models to help gain confidence, practice assertiveness and increase presence within both the workplace and in life. This workshop is led in a safe, informal, supportive and interactive environment.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop attendees will be able to:-

Clarify what confidence, self esteem & assertiveness are & the thoughts, feelings & behaviours associated with each.
Identify different contexts where we experience varying degrees of confidence
Explain the interconnection between thoughts, emotions and behaviours and how they impact confidence
Identify what constitutes feelings of comfort compared to panic and strategies to support the physiological effects of discomfort
Learn how to identify thinking patterns & how they impact on our confidence & learn how to challenge them
Identify what is achievable despite suffering from low confidence
Develop transferable strategies to build confidence
Create a robust action plan identifying actions you will take to increase your confidence
