This practical two-day workshop will provide the essential skills and knowledge to deliver impactful presentations. Day two will be delivered the following week to allow time for preparation.

Delivering Presentations with IMPACT - Two-day workshop

You will learn how to structure, create content, and deliver memorable presentations.  The workshop is designed to develop your personal presence and manage your mindset and nerves.  You will be encouraged to be open and honest both in receiving feedback on your presentation style, and in giving feedback to other members of the group.

You will leave with a personal action plan identifying the key changes to help you to develop your presentation skills further.

By the end of this workshop attendees will be able to:-

• Plan and prepare your presentations effectively.
• Focus attention on the key messages whilst gaining audience acceptance.
• Keep your audience engaged with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Build audience rapport through eye contact, vocal delivery, and body language.
• Use the correct tools to pique and keep interest and enhance your message.
• Interact with your audience, taking questions and feedback.
• Have the confidence to handle difficult topics and behaviour.
• Take control of and manage your nerves.
