Is that the sound of a cork (or two) popping? While workplaces across the country step into Christmas party mode, here at Pro-Development we have something extra special to celebrate! As winners of ‘Small Business of the Year’ at the York Press Awards we are thrilled to have been recognised for all of our hard work and the positive difference we make to so many SME’s across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Michelle had a dream 11 years ago, to work locally, providing bespoke solutions to small/medium businesses so for us to be recognised for our achievement in doing this, means the world to her and is a phenomenal achievement for the whole team. We are proud of the strong relationships we forge with our clients, so it was amazing to see so many of them there to support and cheer for us!

Michelle started Pro Development all those years ago from the back of her garage and has steadily grown the reputation and the team into an award winning ‘go to’ team for all things people related.

As a result of this, we have grown mainly through word-of-mouth recommendations from our clients which is something else we are super proud of!
