We’re delighted to share that Pro-Development has been accredited by the Good Business Charter (GBC) - a national initiative that recognises organisations committed to responsible business practices across key areas including employee wellbeing, ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility and customer care.
The GBC sets standards in ten core areas such as fair pay, diversity and inclusion, and prompt payment to suppliers. It brings together principles that reflect what we’ve always believed in at Pro-Development – that doing good business means valuing people, acting with integrity and making a positive impact.
Being awarded this accreditation means a lot to us. It reflects our commitment not just to the clients and businesses we support, but to our own team, suppliers, and the wider community. We’re proud to be part of a growing movement of organisations across the UK working to raise standards and put purpose alongside profit.
We’ll be displaying our accreditation with pride and continuing to live out our values every day — trusted, vibrant, creative, and making a difference.
