Essentials of Management Course Introduction
Pro-Development’s Essentials of Management course will provide a structure and toolkit to ensure that managers raise their self-awareness, get the best from their team and achieve positive results. After attending this course participants may wish to attend further workshops which cover other aspects of managing or move onto one of our longer programmes.

I found the course to be challenging and very useful. Abi was great at firstly recognising my difficulties with confidence in groups and then finding ways to gently encourage me. She didn’t let me avoid talking in front of the group but also didn’t push me harder than I was comfortable with and as I result I feel my confidence has been greatly improved.
