The Haunted House

I’ve spoken to a few businesses recently who are having challenges with colleague relationships, issues around communication between teams and a lack of drive and connection amongst their people. As spooky season is almost upon us, and it struck me that these issues are easy to compare to a haunted house!  Has your workplace become a little eerie with an uncomfortable atmosphere?

• When you look around your organisation, do you notice eerie, unsettling silences where there was once a buzz of shared ideas and echoes where there was once lively collaboration and discussion?
