“As a new management team and a growing business our Managing Director made the decision for us to undertake Leadership Coaching with Pro-Development. Over the past few months, I have enjoyed my sessions with Helen.

Helen has given me lots of useful exercises and techniques I can use to plan and prepare, not just for meetings/new projects but also useful for my own personal development. Our management team first started our journey with Pro-Development by completing the DISC profiling which I found was I great tool for us to use, this gave us a better understanding how we can improve our communication better within our team.

“Torque Law had already grown far beyond our initial intentions, but we enjoy being ambitious and could see the potential for significant potential to grow the brand, the business and our team.  We wanted a team building day for the whole team and the opportunity to spend some time away from the business in order to really focus and relished the opportunity to have our thinking challenged by Tracey.
