Josh is an approachable and dependable professional with a varied career spanning the prison service, civil enforcement and the automotive industry. This breadth of experience has given him strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life.

During his time as a Prison Officer and Bailiff, Josh worked in challenging environments where professionalism, sound judgement and empathy were essential. These roles taught him how to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly and build positive relationships, even in difficult circumstances.

His experience as an Auto Electrician has also developed a different set of strengths. Diagnosing faults and solving technical problems has strengthened his attention to detail, logical thinking and determination to find practical solutions. He enjoys learning new skills, tackling challenges and taking pride in doing a job well.

Josh believes in treating people with respect and creating an environment where people feel supported and able to develop. He values teamwork, honest communication and a positive approach, and enjoys working alongside others to help find solutions and achieve meaningful results.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time in the countryside and taking long walks with his dog, Diesel. He values staying active, keeping grounded and making time for the things that matter outside of work.
