Is it time you relaxed and stepped back and made a big decision?
Last week in a local cafe, a stranger approached my son, who was behaving in a, let’s say, ‘lively’ manner. I of course, had that sinking feeling all parents get when they feel they’ve been caught out doing a terrible parenting job! The lady told my son she had enjoyed watching him laughing and playing and to make sure he kept having fun as “there is plenty of time to be a grown up and grown-ups can’t remember how to have fun!”

Setting boundaries and switching off

Growing as a leader – my leadership journey with Pro-Development
This is me on the left! A new job, new commute, new colleagues, new industry, new acronyms. It feels like there is the potential for a lot of growth in my life at the moment.
I joined Pro-Development this month from the world of theatre; as an actor, stage manager and, most recently, production manager with a touring theatre company. This is a world where community and teamwork are the glue that hold any project together. Just like in any business.

Growing and developing leaders

I joined Pro–Development having spent much of my working life in the Charitable Sector so moving into the business world was a big learn and proved to have some very different as well as some very similar challenges.
