Learning & Development Manager

Having established and managed a new learning and development team in his previous role, Lee understands the challenges of inspiring and valuing a team so they can perform at their best whilst achieving business objectives.

Lee is passionate about engagement and has delivered cultural change programmes, facilitated discussions on self-awareness, resolving conflict, team working, communication, consensual change and been responsible for Board development.

With his ability to empower, encourage and guide, he strives to ensure people achieve their full potential.

Lee holds a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development Management.

Outside of work, Lee is a keen mountain biker and believes in maintaining good mental health and wellbeing through regular exercise. His latest adventure is the Total Warrior challenge which he hopes to be able to complete and still walk the following day!
