Nicola was drawn to Pro-Development’s values and vision to make a real difference in people’s working lives. She believes that a lack of training and development in businesses can have a significant impact on people, and she is committed to helping drive positive change in this area.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her two gorgeous boys, friends, and family. Working with others and being part of an amazing team is something Nicola truly values, and helping people get the most out of their working lives is what puts a smile on her face.  She is looking forward to meeting lots of current and future clients.
