Beth’s passion for people development has been the thread running through her career, as a marketing leader in diverse sectors from publishing and higher education to leisure and heritage.

Like many, having children prompted Beth to do some soul-searching, and she joined Pro-Development to focus on making an impact through learning and development.

Beth is a trained executive coach, with a highly empathetic and energetic approach to coaching, mentoring and training. She thrives on helping people understand themselves and their organisations better, and seeing the ripple effects of engaged people on a company’s culture, productivity and success.

In any spare time not spent wrangling the aforementioned kids, Beth loves reading, visiting galleries and museums, and getting out into the glorious Yorkshire countryside.
