I was offered by my company to come on the course to better my leadership skills and knowledge.I joined the Skills Bootcamp.I have loved every session and gained a better understanding about leadership.The course has made me think differently and see things in a way I didn’t see/understand before. I now more open minded and asking open questions.My team can see a difference in me after each session, they also can’t wait for me to put a lot more into practice. Listening better to understand, learning more about myself and Meeting different people who are in a similar situation, knowing others go through tough challenges. Have a better understanding of how people ‘lead’ as I can see the difference in the people I work with and how they might think going back to DISC. I like that sometimes I was questioned about an answer I have given to make me think more to understand.

Really strong session, which was thought provoking and gave the opportunity to put learnings into practice and a risk/stress free environment with no judgement.

I was a little apprehensive at the start with the 20 to 30 minute presentation, but from the start as a group we were put at ease. We were given all the tools to support us in the creation of the presentation. The feedback was constructive and I liked this, as I now have areas to learn from and improve upon to take to to the next level. Thank you Will you were amazing, I enjoyed your enthusiasm and made each day interesting, interactive and fun.

Great session I feel confident in my facilitation skills now and that some of what I was doing was good. I now have the tools to improve on that. Thanks.

As someone who has engaged with Pro development previously, I am delighted to see my colleagues experience the level of higher quality training. The topic of the session was absolutely suited to the needs of our team and will no doubt be useful in our work going forward.

I didn’t expect the profile to be so in-depth from the questions I had answered. It was very accurate, I thought.

I like that the workshop was tailored to different preferences for learning and and didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable.

Very much appreciated thank you. The day complemented other courses attended and current learning. It was nice to attend this course with colleagues as opposed to solo online learning. There were mechanisms and tools discussed that I will be able to take away and implement immediately.

The day was great, very informative – I would have benefitted from deeper conversations around supporting staff with change but this would have likely taken more than a day along with the content of the programme. This helped me clarify my own areas for development / learning.

Really enjoyed the session. Have learnt a lot and will definitely be taking away a lot of the tools from the session. Sue was very engaging – thoroughly enjoyed the session. I often struggle to concentrate in full day training courses but this was very interesting.
