As the New Year gets going, we just  wanted to say a big thank you for everything you’ve done to encourage more people and organisations to drive up levels of employee engagement!

It is amazing that we are still the go to place for information on, and ideas to address, this vital topic. – For the benefit of individuals, their organisations and our country(s).

We set up over a decade ago to convince people of the importance of employee engagement and to shine a light on good practice, and with your contribution and encouragement we continue to do this. It’s even more amazing but you’ve made your contribution alongside your other responsibilities and commitments- this speaks volumes for your motivation and desire to contribute.

There are people today whose working lives and overall sense of well-being as been significantly improved as a result of your efforts.

Your tireless efforts Michelle to create a network of practitioners in your part of the country is really a lesson to us all..a model to follow..Without you our movement would not move!

I have to say that I’ve done a few courses over the years and this is by far the best, not only because of what I am learning but because of the way in which Lee and Abi both deliver the course in a really fun, informative, interactive and engaging way.

“Sometimes you just can’t see the wood for the trees. We’d been going round in circles with our company vision, and our session with Tracey helped us shape it and articulate it, as well as reviewing the values that underpin it to make sure they reflect where the business is today. She also facilitated a second workshop with the whole Partners team, where we shared our vision for the agency and our values as individuals and as a business. This helped us all get really clear on why we do what we do, what sets our business and team apart, and on a personal level I got some very valuable insights from seeing the business through other people’s eyes. We had a general desire to make sure we are being the best team we can be and to learn and take inspiration from outside of the team and challenge the ways we do things and the habits we may have fallen into.

I’ve known Tracey and Michelle for a number of years and have a lot of respect for their knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism so naturally turned to Tracey to design and deliver a ‘High Performing Teams’ focussed team building day.

My experience of working with Tracey has been incredibly enlightening, in that we have gained knowledge as well as learned about ourselves and our own strengths and opportunities for improvement.

For me personally the impact has been energising and motivating, giving me specific things to focus on.  Also very rewarding, hearing so much positivity from the team

We’re a management accounting team who really love to get involved with our clients’ businesses and help clients improve, do things better and also improve ourselves and our work lives.
