We had a general desire to make sure we are being the best team we can be and to learn and take inspiration from outside of the team and challenge the ways we do things and the habits we may have fallen into.

I’ve known Tracey and Michelle for a number of years and have a lot of respect for their knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism so naturally turned to Tracey to design and deliver a ‘High Performing Teams’ focussed team building day.

My experience of working with Tracey has been incredibly enlightening, in that we have gained knowledge as well as learned about ourselves and our own strengths and opportunities for improvement.

I couldn’t recommend the Management Development Programme enough! It was an incredibly inspiring and transformative journey for me as a leader. Since completing the course, I have noticed a remarkable difference in myself – my confidence has soared, and I now know how to keep positive, both in my personal life and in the workplace.

Lee and Will were absolutely amazing! They encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, their support really helped me discover my true potential. I never thought I could overcome certain challenges, but with their guidance, I was able to face them head-on and grow as a person.

The programme’s activities were so much fun, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to attend the course, as it was truly a turning point in my professional and personal growth. I was quite nervous at the start of the Leading Others course but Lee’s style of teaching put me at ease. He made me feel like any contributions I made were worthwhile and valid. I like the way we were encouraged to discuss issues, particularly in the ALGs (Action Learning Groups). Lee always gives feedback which helps, and asks questions that make you think. Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

The Confidence and Assertiveness workshop with facilitator Will was a great event overall.  It was engaging throughout and we were not just talked at! It was good that groups differed per activity to help with confidence of speaking to other people in the session.

I thoroughly enjoyed the First Line Manager Leadership Programme. I liked the mix of different training techniques especially the exercises undertaken. Lee was so welcoming and friendly and continually encouraged participation from everyone. I am sad that the course has ended but have lots of new techniques to apply in my career development as a leader.

The How to Create and Embed a High Performing Culture session with Michelle was just fab! A brilliant reminder of what a high performing team needs.  Fantastic facilitation of discussion and great insight and experience to help up identify action.

Joanne was the facilitator of the Honest Conversation workshop and she gave a really clear and actionable presentation. An interactive session that had us up and moving – putting the steps and process into action. The examples and brick building was helpful.

I thought the Customer service course was very good. There was a good mix of written work, group work, videos and interactive work/games which made it enjoyable and engaging.
